Found the sandals I wanted at a lower price than on other sites, order process was really simple and they arrived within 3 day. This is the second time I have used Tower London, can’t recommend highly enough.

Sure had exactly what I wanted but sadly the box turned up in a state bashed with holes in it, this was an expensive birthday present and took the shine off slightly.

Purchase some sandals. Came very fast and in good packing. Unfortunately they didn't suit. Printed off label which was very simple send back and with in 3 days a full refund in my account. Thank you great service.

Ordered as a present, it came in a different box to the ones I ordered and no authenticity card.It’s Amazing how you can reply to this review but not a customer service email. Joke company. I have pictures to prove how it came, wrong box!! I ordered classic, it came in different one.

Disappointed ? was sent wrong size still not refunded and been sent back

I originally gave a 1star review to an issue I had from previous email with them over some shoes I purchased. Today I had a phone call from a nice lady at Tower , she apologised on the content of email and agreed that their service was not what it should have been . The fact that they took the time to call me and accept they got it wrong on this occasion goes a long way so I give credit to them for admitting their mistake , I have re-evaluated my rating to a 4star on back of this it would have been 5 if they got it right in the beginning

creating a return label did not work and customer service is not able to provide support which solves the problem. ein Return-Label zu erstellen funktioniert nicht. Customer Service ist nicht in der Lage Unterstützung anzubieten, die das Problem löst

Am Well disappointed with this company. I placed my order 19th of December and 4 days later, a day I was expecting delivery, they managed to cancel my order and refund my money . I ordered UGGs slipper as Christmas present and 2 days before Christmas I received e-mail from them how sorry they are for cancelling my order.
